Learning and growing...

So my child has started learning some new things. I have always enjoyed when she was moving on to doing and saying new things, but I'll be honest with you, I'm not quite prepared. She has become a bit precocious, and I'm not sure what to do with her. I never thought it would be so hard to discipline your child while holding back laughter. It's especially hard when you want to take a picture and still make sure she knows that what she does is a "no-no".

While my child is still quite unsteady on her feet (what we attribute to her growing so tall in a short amount of time), she has learned that if she throws her leg up, she can crawl up on the couch or into the tub. Let me just tell you, I am completely unprepared for this. I thought it was a ways off into the future. She has also learned that if she takes all of her books out of the basket, it quite nicely makes a new place for her to sit.

Oh the joys of being at home and witnessing all of these things firsthand. :)

The day Emma decided that she would get into the tub by herself, fully clothed.

Growing up so fast - learning to text already.

Her new chair - and also giving the "cheese" face.
